The practice of peer review is to ensure that good paper is published. The process of peer review helps to ensure that the research described in a scientific paper is original, logical and thorough. To maintain a high-quality journal with robust publishing standards and editorial integrity, all papers to be published in this journal will undergo rigorous peer review process with the help of academic editors, based in institutions around the globe. The review process for papers is double blind peer review. Our referees play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of IJESR.
This journal is published (print version) in June and December. However, all final version of accepted manuscripts will be available online within one week of acceptance. In particular, the editorial process will take 4 - 6 weeks once a manuscript is submitted by an author through the online system. The process includes peer-reviewing, copyediting and online publication.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal utilises the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
The authors retain publishing rights and may use their own articles for non-commercial purposes without asking our permission (and subject only to acknowledging first publication in International Journal of Emerging Scientific Research and giving a full reference or web link, as appropriate). However, authors cannot submit a manuscript for publication to other journals simultaneously. The ethical issues such as plagiarism, fraudulent and duplicate publication, violation of copyrights, authorship and conflict of interest are serious issues concerning ethical integrity when submitting a manuscript to a journal for publication.
The contents of papers are the sole responsibility of the authors, and publication shall not imply the concurrence of the Editors or Publisher.
It is important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behaviour for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher and the society. Ethical standards for publication ensure reliable & high-quality scientific research publications, public trust in scientific findings, and that researchers receive credit for their research. IJESR will be steered by a distinguished board of institutional-based editors, being supported by reviewers made of prominent scholars from around the globe. IJESR adheres to the code of conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to ensure strict compliance to its best practice guidelines.
